NEW: Starting 2009-2010, the Private Equity Chair removes its admission process and opens its seminar to all ESSEC MBA students.
Starting 2009-2010, the Private Equity Seminar (FINE 31401) changes its format:
- The Private Equity Seminar becomes a regular MBA course:
- Its name is changed to " Advanced Private Equity".
- There is no longer specific admission process.
- Students interested in taking the class should register following the regular registration procedure (bidding) and within the regular registration dates. Please check myessec.com for ESSEC MBA registration information.
- Students from other ESSEC programs, namely specialized Masters Students, may register to the class, as long as there are seats available and they have the required background. Please contact us at the time of registration.
- IMPORTANT: Prerequisite courses:
"Advanced Private Equity" is an advanced Finance course. Students interested in taking the class should have completed (or be in the process of completing) the following courses:
- "Advanced Private Equity" is scheduled on Wednesdays, at 4.30 pm during T3 2009-2010. There are 35 seats available.
- Students will become alumni of the ESSEC Private Equity Chair if they complete:
- FINE31401 "Advanced Private Equity"
- The three following compulsory courses: FINE31126 Finance d’Entreprise or FINE31128, FINE31252 or FINE31253, MGTE31364 or MGTE31365.
